งานสัมมนา “Property Trends & Legal Guide in Phuket 2026” เจาะลึกเทรนด์อสังหาฯ ไทยกลุ่มตลาดชาวต่างชาติ และกฎหมายสำหรับผู้ซื้อต่างชาติในภูเก็ต
เมื่อวันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ทางทนายบ้านและคอนโด ได้ร่วมกับพาร์ทเนอร์สำคัญ ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น TREBS โรงเรียนอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทย , สมาคม FIABCI-Thai, AREA และ Thai Appraisal and Estate Agents Foundation ร่วมกันจัดงานสัมมนาในหัวข้อ ” Property Trend & Legal Guide in Phuket 2026″ ณ โรงแรม เพิร์ล จังหวังภูเก็ต ในงานนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติจากนายนิรัตน์ พงษ์สิทธิถาวร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นประธานเปิดงานสัมมนาอีกด้วย
On March 21, 2026, House & Condo Lawyer, in collaboration with key partners including TREBS (Thai Real Estate Business School), FIABCI-Thai, AREA, and the Thai Appraisal and Estate Agents Foundation, co-hosted a seminar titled “Property Trend & Legal Guide in Phuket 2026” at Pearl Hotel, Phuket.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Nirut Pongsitthithaworn, Governor of Phuket, who presided over the opening ceremony.
สำหรับกิจกรรมภายในงาน เริ่มตั้งแต่ช่วงเช้าด้วยการนำเสนอภาพรวมตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทยปี 2569 โดย ดร.โสภณ พรโชคชัย ครอบคลุมสถานการณ์ตลาดล่าสุด โครงการเด่น และแนวโน้มการลงทุนของต่างชาติ ต่อด้วยเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองจากผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ และนักลงทุนต่างชาติในภูเก็ต
he event program began in the morning with an overview of Thailand’s real estate market in 2026, presented by Dr. Sophon Pornchokchai. His session covered the latest market conditions, notable projects, and investment trends among foreign buyers.
This was followed by a panel discussion featuring local developers and international investors in Phuket, sharing their perspectives and insights.
ช่วงบ่ายมีการนำเสนอหัวข้อด้านกฎหมายและการลงทุน อาทิ วีซ่าการลงทุน (LTR Visa) โดยวิทยากรจากสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดภูเก็ต หัวข้อสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี และข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการซื้ออสังหาริมทรัพย์ของชาวต่างชาติ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) หัวข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องโดย ทนายวิเวียน กัญญภัสส์ ตันติวัฒนเสถียร จากทนายบ้านและคอนโด รวมถึงกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่ายระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วมงาน
In the afternoon, the program featured presentations on legal and investment topics. These included an overview of investment visas (LTR Visa) by a speaker from the Phuket Immigration Office, as well as tax incentives and legal considerations for foreign property ownership, presented by experts from the Board of Investment (BOI).
A session on relevant legal frameworks was also delivered by Ms. Vivian Kanyapas Tantivatthanasathien of House & Condo Lawyer. The event concluded with a networking session, allowing participants to connect and exchange insights.
